At the beginning of each school year, Anderson University hosts an event called The Expo. During this time, our students have an opportunity to see what we have to offer in the area of extracurricular activities. We also invite area businesses and churches to participate in The Expo so that our students can see what is available in the community. We would like to extend an invitation to your restaurant, business, or student organization to attend this year’s Expo.
The Expo is scheduled for Wednesday, August 22 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Anderson University (the specific on campus location is TBA). Our student numbers vary from year to year; however, we usually have over 500 students attend the Expo. You are encouraged to bring “giveaways” and information about your services for the students. Some examples may be pencils, pens, discount coupons for restaurants, etc. We ask that restaurants not bring food or beverages without prior approval. The university will provide you with a 6′ table and two chairs for your display. We will be serving dinner after the event and the cost of one meal per organization is included in your reservation fee.
If you would like to participate in the Expo, please complete the registration form as soon as possible; the deadline to register is August 10th. Once you have registered you will receive an email confirmation with the total registration fee and details of payment.
